Coffees
Felipe Contreras Gesha
Every farmer’s love story with coffee begins uniquely. For Gildardo Contreras, it started as a young boy where in his back garden his parents has 50 bourbon coffee trees, they would pick and process together. In 2012, Gildardo made his dream a reality when he purchased a farm from a relative who grew both avocado and coffee. He slowly started buying up the neighboring parcels until reaching the current farm size of 54 acres.
Very complex with a velvety body and sparkling acidity. Notes of oolong tea, white grape and red cherries with a vivacious jasmine finish.
Yeferson Olaya
Hailing from the coffee-rich landscapes of Colombia, the Tabi variety is meticulously grown on the El Tesoro farm in the Tolima-Planadas region, at an elevation of 1800 meters above sea level, spanning 4 hectares and shaded by native trees. Yeferson Olaya Prieto, a third-generation coffee grower, breathes life into the El Tesoro farm's coffee culture. In this cup you will find sweetness like brown sugar and notes of cherry, caramel and the acidity reminds us of green apples. The overall cup is sparkling and exciting.
